Bridging Timeless Wisdom & Modern Leadership

Namaste and Welcome!

This website is dedicated to exploring timeless leadership wisdom through the lens of the Ramayana.

My name is Anil. I'm your guide in this journey. With over 25 years of hands-on experience leading teams and businesses across Asia with companies such as Dell, Levi's and L'Oreal, I've personally experienced countless strategy shifts, complex team dynamics and ever changing markets.

But over the past 16 years, my most profound lessons haven't come from business books or boardrooms; they've come from an unexpected, yet incredibly rich, source: the Ramayana. This ancient epic, filled with profound characters, moral dilemmas, and epic battles, has been my constant companion and teacher. My journey into its depths began by listening to the inspiring discourses of a truly great guru, whose wisdom opened my eyes to the practical, universal truths embedded within its stories.

My mission here is simple: to help rediscover the Ramayana not just as a revered epic, but as a practical guide for aspiring leaders and a rich repository of case studies for effective leadership.

Through a series of blog posts, we’ll revisit stories - some familiar and some new. We’ll uncover practical lessons that apply to everyday leadership - at work, at home, and within ourselves. It’s ancient wisdom, made relevant for today.

Learn. Reflect. Grow as a Leader.
